Luke M. Gary is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Business Valuation and Litigation Support departments. He specializes in business valuations for estate and gift taxes, buy-outs, subchapter S conversions, mergers and acquisitions, marital dissolutions, Section 2000 proceedings, and similar proceedings for partnerships and limited liability companies.
Mr. Gary is a Juris Doctor candidate with an expected graduation date of May 2024 at Lincoln Law School of Sacramento. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Sacramento.
Mr. Gary is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) under the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and a member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
Outside of work, Mr. Gary is a community outreach coordinator with the Mountain Lion Foundation and has served as a board member and executive for Climbing Resource Advocates for Greater Sacramento (CRAGS). He enjoys trail running, skiing, climbing, chess and spending time with his family.
