Betty L. Landwehr

Ms. Landwehr is a consultant to the Firm’s Litigation Support and Business Valuation Departments. Ms. Landwehr has experience in a variety of cases specializing in family law, forensic accounting, and business valuation. She has performed analyses of income available for support, marital standard of living, calculation of reimbursement claims, tracing of assets, and allocation and apportionment of real property between community and separate. She has performed business valuations for marital dissolutions and estate and gift tax purposes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Ms. Landwehr was a controller in the banking industry, and held previous public accounting positions with local CPA firms. She has sixteen years’ experience in the preparation of tax returns including individual, partnership, corporation, and non-profit entities.

Ms. Landwehr is an IRS Registered Tax Preparer (“RTP”), and is also Registered as a California Tax Education Council (CTEC) Certified, since 2008.
